Cecilia G. Loose, CPA, is Managing Director of the Howland Group Management, LLC. In this position she serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and leads all internal administrative and back-office functions, project and initiatives. With more than eighteen years of experience in the public accounting industry, Cecilia has specialized in business process improvement, finance and not-for-profit and government audits. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Shareholder and Director Management Services, for Croft, Drozd & Company, PC. Cecilia graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Clarion University. A Certified Public Accountant since 1992, she is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Cecilia resides in Glenmore, Pa., with her husband and two children.
