Donald M. Bohn, Jr. is the Director of Law and Security for the Howland Group Enterprise, LLC. Mr. Bohn served over 34 years in the US Army and the US Army National Guard, first as an enlisted man and non-commissioned officer, then as a Commissioned Officer. Mr. Bohn’s most recent military experiences included several years with the Criminal Investigation Task Force (CITF) and with the US Army Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute (PKSOI). The CITF is a joint counter terrorism unit that was formed by Executive Order just days after 9-11. While serving as the Director of Law Enforcement Operations with PKSOI, Mr. Bohn worked heavily with the US State Department, the United Nations and the Italian Carbineri in developing the Formed Police Unit concept. Mr. Bohn’s recent military duties have included service in Iraq, Afghanistan, Guantanamo Bay, Bosnia, Serbia and Africa. Mr. Bohn has also served as a civilian police officer and investigator. Prior to 9-11 and after receiving his law degree from Widener University, Mr. Bohn was employed as an attorney with the PA Office of the Inspector General, while also serving as the Provost Marshal for the 28th Infantry Division of the PA Army National Guard. Mr. Bohn’s unique and versatile background has given him vast experience at both the operational and strategic level of law enforcement, rule of law, force protection and counter terrorism at the local, state, federal and international levels.
