Col. Edward N. McKinney is Managing Director of the Howland Group Enterprise, LLC. Previously, Col. McKinney served for more than 26 years in the United States Air Force (USAF) as a B-52 Aircraft Commander and has extensive command and staff experience. He has commanded operational squadrons, served as a military attaché and diplomatic pilot for the U.S. Embassy in the Kingdom of Morocco as well as served on the faculty and staff of the USAF’s Air War College. Additionally, Col. McKinney has an extensive background in strategic and operational planning resulting from two separate Headquarters USAF Air Staff tours of duty at the Pentagon. Prior to joining the Howland Group, he spent four years as an international airline pilot flying McDonnell-Douglas DC 10-30s and MD-11s. He flew cargo freighters and passenger versions of both aircraft all over the world. As a result, he has expertise in commercial airlift of both passengers and freight. Col. McKinney resides in San Antonio, Texas.
