The Howland Group was U.S. representative to one of the world’s leading builders of high-value cruise ships. The firm assisted in building a project team comprised of financial, accounting, legal, engineering and industry experts to develop a business plan aimed at reestablishing high-value domestic shipbuilding. The Howland Group also successfully managed communications with the project team, labor leaders, employees, suppliers, vendors, government officials, employees and other stakeholders. The project was supported by the President of the United States, members of Congress and numerous state and local officials.
